How it works

• •A new magic letter arrives every month, straight to your mailbox
• •Each month has its own theme, so the surprise is part of the magic
• •Ships to Spain, Europe, and worldwide
• •Letters are shipped on the 1st business day of each month
• •Subscriptions are open until the 27th of each month at 11:59 PM. Any subscription made after that date will receive the following month's letter.
• •Each letter is sent by regular mail, without a tracking number — this keeps the club accessible and lets me focus the budget on the details that matter: the paper, the wax seal, the little extras inside.
• •Estimated delivery time (from the email confirming your letter has shipped): Spain 3–7 days · Europe 7–15 days · Rest of the world up to 3–4 weeks. Please note letters can occasionally take up to 4 weeks to arrive, even within Spain.
• •If your letter hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, email me at heymunne@gmail.com and I'll help sort it out. Unfortunately, I'm not able to resend letters after 2 months have passed since shipping, or if the delivery address provided was incorrect. Your letter goes straight to your mailbox, so make sure you have one where it can be safely delivered.
