How it works
- •Joining the club: Join by the 25th to receive mail for the following month. Join after the 25th to receive mail for the month after that.
- •Billing & subscription: Subscriptions renew monthly on your original subscription date. Pause or cancel before renewal to skip the next billing cycle. To skip the following month’s mail, pause or cancel before the 25th. If you’ve already been billed, you’ll still receive that month’s mail. All orders are final and non-refundable.
- •Shipping & delivery: Mail is sent on the 1st of each month via Australia Post. Please allow 4-7 business days for domestic delivery and 15+ days for international delivery. Tracking is unavailable to help keep subscriptions affordable.
- •Lost or damaged mail: If your mail hasn’t arrived after 21 days, please email rosannalamart@gmail.com with your name, shipping address and join date. If your mail arrives damaged, please send a photo. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue!
