How it works
- •We send out The Keepsake Post the 19th of each month. U.S. members usually receive the letter 3-10 days after it is mailed, international members should receive the letter 2-6 weeks after it is mailed. If you sign up before the 19th of the month you will receive that months letter, if you sign up after the 19th your first letter will arrive the next month.
- •If you need to cancel your subscription or change your mailing address or billing info please email us at: thekeepsakepost@gmail.com Make sure you email before the 19th so we can change your address or adjust your payment info or subscription before sending.
- •Sometimes letters can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (6weeks International), If your Keepsake Post doesn't arrive, email us at: thekeepsakepost@gmail.com and we will make it right by either sending you another letter or refunding your money for that month.
